You control which integrations you connect and which automations you enable. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring workflows before turning them on. Clawyx acts on the instructions and settings you provide.

Unless you explicitly configure otherwise, Clawyx does not permanently delete Gmail messages. Inbox automations may label, archive, or mark messages read or unread based on your settings. You can disconnect Gmail access at any time from your dashboard or from your Google account permissions.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawyx Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Clawyx may experience interruptions. We provide support via email and related support channels and will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues in a timely way.
